About MRF The focus of his practice has come from a lifelong experience of working with the volunteers, donors and staff of nonprofit organizations. Within his practice he began to realize that the similarities between and within each of the participants were more significant than the differences.Mark suggests," If we can build unity between volunteers, donors, staff and care receivers, our ability to achieve full potential will by necessity increase." Mark earned a Master's in Public Administration from Wayne State University with a major in organizational theory. He continued his post graduate studies at Ashland and Trinity Theological Seminaries and received his doctorate from the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit. Mark has been a guest speaker and presenter at numerous conferences. He authored the book Called to Serve: A Model for Board Leadership and the booklets 12 Steps in Christ and The Good Samaritan: Pathways In Building a Community of Compassion.
