These workshops create the opportunity for board and staff to reconfirm their understanding about organizational mission and vision as well as review the strengths, barriers to success and opportunities for growth. Following the initial workshop will be a report with specific recommendations.

Upon review of the first workshop report, the second workshop will focus on the establishment of a three year vision with an emphasis on implementation strategies over the next year. At the conclusion of this workshop, organizations will then have critical documentation in place to move forward with the development of a preliminary case statement that would be positioned to the markets your organizations must reach for support.
